DEDICATED SUPPORT LINE

A dedicated freephone number to call 9am-5pm Monday to Friday and a dedicated email address to log issues 24/7.

A trusted technology expert to assist with product decisions, maintaining your home technology, education on internet safety, and security best practices.

ONGOING SUPPORT

Assistance on any device from a technology expert to solve any issue will be primarily via remote support but may also require onsite support.

REMOTE SUPPORT

Remote support assistance will be charged at $30.00 per 15 minutes.

ON SITE SUPPORT

On site support assistance will be quoted and agreed ahead of time.
